I'm tired of riding the Captain Paranoia Crazy Rollercoaster. Back with me to the doctor next week, to see about my meds. After nearly two years, it's entirely possible I've developed a tolerance for them and they're not working as well any more; my behaviour over the past couple of months should be a big indicator of that.

Good luck! I hope the transition is as smooth as possible.

I think this is a very good idea. I vaguely remember being told that 2 years was about the right time for looking at effective doses and seeing if a change is needed, not just because of tolerance but also because a change in schedule or circumstance or even acclimating to an environment can bring on body chemical changes.

I know how hard that can be but I think that's a really good idea. Especially considering what Frito mentioned - even things like allergy medicine might lose their effect over time due to certain things, so I'm not surprised that other meds do too.

Here's hoping it's as smooth and painless as possible, dude.

(Also, I'm looking into whether OSX 10.6 *can* be installed on more than one computer at a time, regardless of the legalities of it. If it can, want me to post the install discs across? My mac is a glorified paperweight as is, right now, given it's sans battery and screen.)
