Back to the doctor I go

I'm tired of riding the Captain Paranoia Crazy Rollercoaster. Back with me to the doctor next week, to see about my meds. After nearly two years, it's entirely possible I've developed a tolerance for them and they're not working as well any more; my behaviour over the past couple of months should be a big indicator of that.

Partly? I'm not sure - it's worse than usual and like I said to Jen, there's been multiple breakdowns. And the paranoid thinking is back, so I'm tempted to go with "meds not as effective" as much as "weather sucks".

And even if it's not the meds, talking to your doctor is a good thing. There might be things that they can recommend beyond the medication.

I'm getting tired of myself. Crazy isn't fun and sexy, it's boring.

Boring and exhausting and prone to even MORE crazy. It's a sticky, cold, wet, cycle of emotional trauma like being stuck forever in a washing machine full of melted popsicles.
